PROCESSING TIME
All orders placed online to be picked up in-store at our Pulaski, VA headquarters will be ready for pickup on the next GCM business day (please refer to our Hours of Operation).
All orders placed online to be shipped will leave our Pulaski, VA headquarters within 7 business days. We strive for and often achieve an even faster turnaround time—usually we are even able to ship your order the same day it is placed! 
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME
Once your order has left our headquarters, it should arrive within 2-5 days to U.S. addresses using an economy shipping option.
Shipping outside of the contiguous United States is unavailable at this time.
If you need an expedited order or would like to check on our exact fulfillment time, please reach out to hello@gcmboutique.com and we will get back to you within 1 business day.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address.
If you need to change your shipping address, please email us with your order number and the correct shipping address at hello@gcmboutique.com. You must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to change your address. If your order has already shipped before you contact us, we will be unable to change your shipping address.
If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund or replacement order is not guaranteed.
DAMAGED ITEMS AND REPLACEMENTS
If you received the wrong item or your order was damaged in shipping, we are happy to send you a replacement (or offer store credit should your original item be out-of-stock). Please reach out to us at hello@gcmboutique.com to get a replacement order set up. Please include a photo of the item you received and any damage to your order with your email. Unfortunately, we cannot cover replacements for items damaged or broken after delivery.
PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT OR NEVER DELIVERED
If your order has been listed as ‘pre-transit’ for 2 weeks with no tracking updates or if you don't see the package in your mailbox 3 days after your tracking was marked as delivered, we would be happy to consider your order lost in transit and send a replacement out to you (or offer store credit should your original item be out-of-stock).
RETURN, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!
We accept returns/exchanges on items within 30 days of purchase date WITH sales receipt. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached. We do not accept returns/exchanges on earrings, and all sale items are considered final.
We are able to accept returns/exchanges in-store at our headquarters in Pulaski, VA. Please have your receipt ready.
We are also able to accept returns via mail, however, buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. In your return package, please include a note with your order number and the item(s) you are interested in returning. Returns must ship to this return address within 30 days of purchase:

Once we've received the item(s), we will be able to exchange or refund your order. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refunds will be processed to the payment method used for the original order. Refunds will take 3-5 business days to be reflected on your original payment method.
To cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel your order.
